Why do you need to check my site before you accept my application?
The Care Plans require automated site checking and monitoring to run within your website, to create log files and forward reports. I want to be sure of 100% compatibility before I sign you up.
Will the security software slow my website down?
The processes run at the server level and the server resources are negligible, so there should not be any difference.
Are there any limits on the site changes in the Premium Care plan?
Yes, it’s 20 per month, and a change is defined as something that takes 30 minutes or less. Examples include replacing a background image, most adjustments to page layouts, and settings changes for site features.
How do I request website support?
You will be given specific information when you sign up and details will be on your site’s dashboard.
How do I order Premium Care site feature changes?
Similar to normal support but you will be given a priority email address.
Do you cover upgrades for my premium plugins and services?
The Essentials and Total Plans cover upgrades if your premium plugin can be updated from your site’s administration panel. Otherwise, updates or API code configurations are an extra cost item. With Premium Care these actions can be included.
